Booking a first call can feel like a big step, and that’s completely normal. This free initial call usually lasts around 15 minutes and takes place by telephone. It gives you the chance to ask questions, talk briefly about what has brought you to therapy, and get a sense of whether working together feels right. There is no obligation to continue after this call.
After the call, if you decide to continue, we’ll arrange your sessions together. You will receive a confirmation email along with a simple working agreement to review, sign, and return. If you have any questions before booking, you’re very welcome to contact me by email.
